Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel? No problem—I understand life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 70% of the scheduled service to the card on file. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service, and a non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments.
